Saudi Ceramic Co. Appoints New Chairman and Vice Chairman

Saudi Arabia: Saudi Ceramic Co. has appointed Yousef Saleh Aba Al-Khail, an independent member, as Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Abdulaziz Abdulkarim Al-Khereiji, a non-executive member, as Vice Chairman. The appointments were made following the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting held virtually in March 2025. During the meeting, a new Board of Directors was elected for a four-year term beginning April 2025 and ending March 2029.
