Saudi Arabia: Saudi Arabia reported foreign direct investment net inflows of SAR 48.4 billion (approximately USD 12.9 billion) in the fourth quarter of 2025, reflecting a 90 per cent increase compared to the same period in the previous year, according to data from the General Authority for Statistics. On a quarterly basis, net inflows rose by 82 per cent. Total FDI inflows reached SAR 50.6 billion (approximately USD 13.5 billion), representing a 29 per cent year-on-year increase and a 69 per cent rise compared to the previous quarter.
FDI outflows declined to SAR 2.2 billion (approximately USD 0.6 billion) during the quarter, marking an 84 per cent decrease year-on-year and a 33 per cent decline compared to the previous quarter. The increase in inflows combined with the reduction in outflows contributed to the overall rise in net FDI inflows during the period.
