Samsung to Supply HVAC Systems to More Than 100 Mosques in Saudi Arabia

Saudi Arabia: Samsung Electronics will supply more than 1,000 high-efficiency heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) units to over 100 mosques across eight major cities in Saudi Arabia, including Riyadh and Ramah.
The company will install its ceiling-mounted 360 Cassette air conditioning systems, engineered to meet the unique cooling requirements of large religious facilities. The units provide uniform air distribution across expansive indoor spaces while operating quietly. They also feature decorative panels inspired by traditional Islamic motifs, enabling them to integrate seamlessly with mosque architecture.
Unlike conventional four-way ceiling cassette air conditioners, Samsung’s 360 Cassette is the world’s first circular cassette air conditioning system. Featuring the company’s patented booster fan technology, it reduces airflow loss and extends cool air distribution over greater distances, ensuring more consistent cooling throughout large spaces.
Designed for buildings with high ceilings and open layouts, the system is particularly well suited for mosques, delivering even temperature distribution while preserving usable floor space through ceiling installation. Its low-noise operation further enhances the comfort and tranquility of worshippers.
