Samsung Launches Online Training Platform for UK Heat Pump Installers

UNITED KINGDOM: Samsung Climate Solutions has launched a new Learning Management System (LMS) to strengthen heat pump installer skills and support the UK’s growing heat pump market. The platform offers four progressive training levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Service Agent, covering installation, commissioning, servicing and diagnostics. The initiative complements practical training at Samsung’s centres in Chertsey and Manchester. According to the Heat Pump Association, the UK will require over 41,000 full-time heat pump installers by 2028 and more than 122,000 by 2035. The platform also links training progression to extended warranties and Climate Club rewards.
