Saint-Gobain Launches $173 Million Flat Glass Factory in Sokhna, Egypt

Saint Gobain launches a 200,000 square metre glass factory in Ain Sokhna. With the help of French partners, the initiative intends to bring in over $173 Million in foreign investments in five years, with a focus on over 50% exports and significant local job creation. After 190,000 and 10,000 square metre glass production facilities and a mirror factory, this factory is Saint-Gobain's third enterprise.
