Italy: Saccaria, a historic company from the Marche region, has begun a gradual transformation of its brand into Unicom, already part of the Clerici Group network. The transition starts with the Senigallia store on Via Botticelli and will progressively extend to all locations, ensuring operational continuity while preserving established relationships and local presence. Since joining Clerici Group in 2018, Saccaria has become a key player in the region, operating a network of 7 stores and 5 showrooms, offering expertise in plumbing, heating, and a comprehensive range of bathroom furnishings including furniture, taps, sanitary ware, accessories, doors, and complete bathroom solutions.

 

The rebranding aligns with Clerici Group’s broader strategy focused on selective acquisitions and strengthening well-established local companies within a wider industrial framework. This approach has enabled the Group to build a strong nationwide presence while maintaining local market roots. The transition to Unicom marks the next phase of integration, aimed at enhancing synergies, brand recognition, and service capabilities, while expanding the offering across thermohydraulics, bathroom furnishings, flooring, cladding, parquet, and photovoltaic solutions.
