ROSHN and Geberit sign MoU to support sanitary technology and local manufacturing

Saudi Arabia: ROSHN Group has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding with Geberit International Sales AG to support the development of sustainable sanitary technology and expand local manufacturing capabilities in Saudi Arabia. Under the agreement, Geberit will act as a principal supplier of sanitary products and related technologies for ROSHN’s ongoing and future residential and mixed-use projects. The partnership also includes plans to explore local production opportunities in line with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 objective of increasing domestic value creation.

Both organisations noted that the collaboration is intended to improve water efficiency, strengthen environmental performance in buildings and introduce sanitary solutions aligned with global sustainability standards. The agreement also gives ROSHN access to Geberit’s technical expertise and product development capabilities. Geberit, which recently established a regional office in Riyadh, said the MoU forms part of its broader growth strategy and will help meet rising demand for high-efficiency sanitary systems in Saudi Arabia’s expanding construction sector.
