Roca Group to Establish Manufacturing Facility in Kazakhstan

Kazakhstan: Roca Group has announced an investment of EUR 70 million (USD 76 million) to develop an industrial facility in Kyzylorda, Kazakhstan. The project forms part of the company’s broader growth strategy for Central Asia. During an official meeting with Kazakhstan’s Prime Minister, Oljas Bektenov, company chairmen Santiago de Gomar and José Mª Roca formalised the agreement, which outlines the establishment of a production hub in the region.
The planned facility will manufacture and assemble ceramic sanitaryware, bathroom furniture, concealed cisterns, and related bathroom products. It will also serve as a distribution centre to supply these products across Kazakhstan. The initiative is positioned to make Kazakhstan Roca Group’s key industrial, commercial, and technological base in Central Asia, with aims to support local employment and regional economic development.
