Roca Group Acquires Nosag and IneoCare

UK: Roca Group has announced the acquisition of Nosag and IneoCare. The companies specialise in the production of bathroom accessibility solutions for those with limited mobility. This acquisition strengthens the group's presence in Central Europe as well as in the over-65s market, which is increasing and already accounts for 20% of the European population.

Albert Magrans, CEO of Roca Group, commented on the acquisition, “For the group, this is a strategic move, given the complementary portfolios of both companies with the current catalogue of products offered by our global brands Roca and LAUFEN.
