Roca Group Acquires Innotec to Expand Sanitary Installation Systems
Germany: Roca Group, a global leader in bathroom products, has acquired Innotec Systemelemente GmbH, a German manufacturer specializing in modular solutions for integrating structural elements in the bathroom. The acquisition was made through Sanitärtechnik Eisenberg GmbH, Roca Group's German subsidiary focused on bathroom installation systems. The strategic move is aimed at strengthening Roca Group’s sanitary installation systems business by creating synergies, integrating Innotec’s activities, and promoting innovation. Innotec, located in Grossenhain, Germany, employs 68 people and generated a turnover of €24.7 million (27 million USD approximately) in 2023. The acquisition aligns with Roca Group’s growth potential in Europe and the EMEA region.
