Resolve Acquires South African Tile Supplier Tiletoria

South Africa: South African investment firm Resolve, through its private equity fund and in partnership with the company’s management team, has completed the acquisition of tile and bathroom solutions provider Tiletoria. The company, founded in the mid-1990s, supplies tiles and related products to major retail chains, commercial developers, and large-scale projects across South Africa. Its operations focus primarily on project-based and business-to-business clients rather than direct consumer sales, offering sourcing and design solutions to prominent national brands and property developers.

Resolve stated that the acquisition reflects its strategy of identifying opportunities in established industries that contribute to the country’s industrial and construction base. The firm noted that the tile sector is positioned for further expansion, supported by renewed infrastructure projects, localisation policies, and stable demand from both the commercial and residential sectors.
