RAK Ceramics Reports Q2 2025 Financial Results

UAE: RAK Ceramics PJSC announced its financial results for the second quarter ending 30 June 2025. Total revenue increased by 6.4 per cent year-on-year to AED 826.8 million (USD 225 million) in Q2 and by 2.9 per cent to AED 1.6 billion (USD 436 million) in the first half of 2025, supported by demand from the UAE and the Middle East alongside cost management measures. The gross profit margin rose by 110 basis points to 40.6 per cent in Q2 and by 70 basis points to 40.2 per cent in H1, reflecting operational efficiencies. EBITDA grew by 17.5 per cent to AED 160.8 million (USD 44 million) in Q2 and by 2.9 per cent to AED 296.4 million (USD 81 million) in H1, with Q2 EBITDA margins rising to 19.5 per cent from 17.6 per cent in the same period last year.
Profits before tax increased by 45 per cent to AED 86.7 million (USD 24 million) in Q2, while net profit after tax rose by 30.1 per cent to AED 66.4 million (USD 18 million), in line with higher profitability across the business. UAE corporate tax for Q2 2025 was AED 17.2 million (USD 4.7 million), up from AED 6.5 million (USD 1.8 million) in Q2 2024. The company’s net debt position increased by AED 120.6 million to AED 1.56 billion (USD 426 million) compared to Q1 2025, primarily due to higher capital expenditure and working capital requirements.
