RAK Ceramics Reduces Distribution Partners to Enhance Retail Service
UK: RAK Ceramics UK, gearing up for its 25th anniversary in 2025, has announced a streamlined distribution strategy to enhance service for retailers. The company will reduce its distribution partners, discontinuing relationships with Frontline Bathrooms, Smiths Briten, Robert Lee, Q4 Bathrooms, City Distribution, FBS Plumbing Supplies, and Bedfordshire Bathroom Distribution.
RAK Ceramics will maintain its partnership with Ideal Bathrooms and also focus on direct distribution of its products. This strategy will be supported by investments in infrastructure and digital services, as part of its ongoing commitment to the UK market.
Managing director Alvin Biggs stated, “We have been fortunate to enjoy successful partnerships with our distributors over the years, and we are incredibly grateful for their contributions. However, as we approach our 25th anniversary, it is the perfect time to implement a distribution strategy that strengthens RAK Ceramics’ ability to meet the demands of an evolving market and ensure we deliver the highest standards of service.”
Biggs also emphasized the importance of making forward-thinking decisions in challenging market conditions to protect and support customers, adding that the new strategy will improve service levels for retail partners and set the stage for long-term success in the UK.
