RAK Ceramics Partners with Birla Pivot to Expand Tiles and Bathware Distribution in India

India: RAK Ceramics India Private Limited has entered into a strategic partnership with Birla Pivot, the digital-first B2B commerce platform of Grasim Industries Limited under the Aditya Birla Group, to expand distribution of its tiles and bathware portfolio in India. Under the agreement, Birla Pivot will distribute RAK Bathware, KLUDI Bathware and RAK Tiles across its nationwide dealer network and digital channels. The collaboration combines RAK Ceramics’ global design and manufacturing capabilities with Birla Pivot’s pan-India distribution reach, supply chain infrastructure and strong presence across developer, retail, project and digital marketplace channels. Birla Pivot will offer the complete RAK Bathware range, including sanitaryware, faucets and allied solutions, along with KLUDI Bathware, the premium German-origin brand owned by RAK Ceramics. The partnership aims to improve access, scale and customer engagement across residential, commercial and institutional construction segments in India.
