UAE: RAK Ceramics demonstrated resilient performance in Q1 2026 despite ongoing geopolitical tensions, supply chain disruptions, and elevated logistics costs across several regions. The company benefited from strong demand in key markets such as the UAE and Bangladesh, while its position as a local manufacturer enabled greater operational flexibility and quicker adaptation to changing market conditions. By increasing the use of locally sourced raw materials and proactively managing operations, RAK Ceramics maintained uninterrupted product availability and reliable service across its network, reinforcing customer confidence.

In the UAE, performance remained stable, supported by healthy real estate and construction activity and growing demand for large-format porcelain tiles. Saudi Arabia recorded lower revenue as the company strategically shifted its focus from volume-driven ceramic sales toward higher-value gres porcelain products, which supported margin improvement. Europe saw modest growth aided by stronger local currencies, although market demand remained weak and regional conflicts disrupted supply flows. In India, sales declined mainly due to temporary production disruptions caused by industry-wide gas shortages in Morbi, though inventory buffers helped sustain market presence. Bangladesh delivered strong growth following political stabilization and rising domestic demand, while the Middle East experienced weaker demand due to ongoing regional conflicts. Across markets, the company continued to focus on operational discipline, profitability improvement, and long-term capacity expansion initiatives.
