UK: Specialist tap manufacturer Quooker has inaugurated its new purpose-built headquarters and experience centre in Manchester, following a significant investment of £5.5 million (US$7.4 million). With turnover projected to surpass £100 million this year, Quooker UK is setting its sights on doubling its business within the next five years.
Situated at Beaumont Buildings on Great Ducie Street, the new Experience Centre invites both trade professionals and consumers to discover the company’s complete range of multifunctional taps. The design of the space embodies Quooker’s workplace culture, which has earned the company the Employer of the Year Award for two consecutive years.
Beyond its physical facilities, the headquarters includes a dedicated virtual platform, allowing customers and partners across the country to engage with the brand through live, one-on-one experiences. This digital extension ensures nationwide accessibility to Quooker’s expertise and interactive product demonstrations.
The company views video technology as a key strategic tool, not only enhancing sales and training but also improving remote diagnostics and service support. Through live video sessions, the Quooker team can quickly identify on-site issues and expedite solutions, creating a more efficient and customer-centric service experience.
