USA: PrimeSource Brands has announced the acquisition of Harney Hardware, a supplier of branded door and bathroom hardware. This marks PrimeSource Brands’ sixth acquisition since its partnership with Clearlake in December 2020. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Based in Tampa, FL, Harney Hardware offers a wide range of value-engineered door and bathroom hardware products for residential use, including bathroom hardware sets, residential door locks, and plumbing fixtures. This acquisition further enhances PrimeSource Brands’ Kitchen & Bath segment, expanding its already extensive catalog of over 850 SKUs, and solidifying its position as a leader in the market.
