Ownership Transition Announced for Schell GmbH & Co. KG

Germany: Schell GmbH & Co. KG is set to undergo a change in ownership, with the transaction expected to be completed by May 2025, subject to regulatory approvals. The decision marks the end of 93 years of family ownership, with siblings Andrea and Joachim Schell transferring their shareholdings. Further details regarding the new ownership structure have not been disclosed. 

The Schell Group currently employs 450 individuals globally. The company specialises in the production of water-saving fittings designed to support efficient water and energy usage across public institutions, commercial operations, and private households. Its product offerings aim to support sustainable water management and resource conservation.
