Nordic Climate Acquired Huijbregts Koeltechniek to Expand in Netherlands

SWEDEN/NETHERLANDS: The Nordic Climate Group has acquired Huijbregts Koeltechniek, a Breda-based contractor that delivers refrigeration and climate solutions across the southern Netherlands. The company records approximately US$5.8 million in revenue, and has a strong focus on natural refrigerants, particularly CO₂.

This deal marks another step in Nordic Climate’s expansion strategy in the Netherlands, following earlier takeovers of Climanova and IJskoud BV in 2025. In recent years, the group has also acquired Dutch specialists Compair Airconditioning BV, T&S Klimaattechniek BV, and a consortium of six cooling firms, strengthening its footprint in refrigeration, climate control, and heating markets across the region.
