United Kingdom: Norcros reported group revenue of GBP 393.4 million (USD 532.0 million) for the 53 weeks ended 5 April 2026, up 10.6% from the previous year. Underlying operating profit increased by 7.9% to GBP 48 million (USD 64.9 million), while cash conversion rose to 116%. Diluted underlying earnings per share increased to 35.8 pence, and the full-year dividend was raised by 8.7%. The company stated that the acquisition of Norwegian wall-panel manufacturer Fibo and market share gains in its European bathroom businesses contributed to the results, although operating margin declined slightly to 12.2%.
During the year, Norcros completed the acquisition of Fibo and continued restructuring activities in South Africa, including the closure of Johnson Tiles South Africa and the evaluation of options for its remaining South African operations. The company stated that it remains focused on expanding its presence in the European bathroom products market and continues to target its medium-term growth and returns objectives despite uncertainty in the new-build sector.
