Nolte Buys BKNC to Expand Direct-to-Trade
UK: The amount of money that was paid for the acquisition of the contract installation company BKNC by the kitchen manufacturer Nolte Kitchens UK is not disclosed.
According to Nolte, the acquisition will make it possible for the business's direct-to-trade kitchen segment to see significant growth, and it will also allow the company to improve its offerings to the construction and housebuilding industry.
Nolte was a shareholder in BKNC before to the acquisition, but he now owns the company in its entirety. However, BKNC provides a national client base of construction businesses, which includes both large national homebuilders and smaller luxury developers. The company's headquarters are located in Wrexham, although it serves other construction companies around the country.
There are reports that Harry Ruler, who is currently serving as the managing director of BKNC, will continue to work for the company, but he will now be taking on the role of contracts director. According to him, the acquisition will provide both businesses with new chances to pursue.
