New Affordable Housing Initiative Commences in Hà Nam

Vietnam: Construction has begun on a new social housing project in Duy Tiên Town, Hà Nam Province, spanning over 25,000 sq.m and set to deliver 282 apartments by Q2 2026. The project is led by the Housing and Urban Development Corporation and aims to serve low-income residents and industrial park workers.
At the groundbreaking ceremony, Deputy Minister of Construction Nguyễn Văn Sinh highlighted the project’s importance in addressing housing needs and called for smooth execution and supportive policy measures. He stressed selecting strategic locations near urban and industrial areas and simplifying administrative procedures to encourage private investment in social housing.
