Ireland: Mitsubishi Electric has partnered with Irish tech firm EVHACS to introduce a combined heat pump and electric vehicle (EV) charger for residential and commercial use. The system merges Mitsubishi Electric's heating and cooling technology with EVHACS' EV charging solution, enabling both functions in a single compact unit. This integration simplifies infrastructure by requiring only one electrical connection, reduces installation and maintenance costs, and is especially suitable for urban and commercial settings where space or electrical capacity is limited.

TThe system includes intelligent controls that manage heating, cooling, and EV charging through a single interface. The system features dynamic load balancing to prevent overload and avoid costly upgrades to the grid or electrical panel. The unit supports AC charging and integrates with home energy management systems.
