Midea Partners with WS Weinmann & Schanz to Expand Nationwide HVAC Distribution in Germany

Germany: Midea has announced a major expansion of its sales network, confirming that from February 2026 it will become a listed HVAC supplier of specialist wholesaler WS Weinmann & Schanz GmbH. The partnership covers Midea’s full HVAC portfolio, including plug-and-play solutions such as PortaSplit, as well as dehumidifiers, air conditioners, and heat pumps. This marks Midea’s first wholesale partnership enabling nationwide sales and supports the strategic focus of Midea Europe GmbH on strong availability, quality products, and reliable service for specialist trade partners. Midea executives highlighted the cooperation as a key milestone in strengthening its presence in the sanitation, heating, and air-conditioning market and supporting the energy transition in buildings. WS Weinmann & Schanz stated that its Germany-wide distribution network and technical wholesale expertise will make Midea’s HVAC solutions accessible to a broader base of installers and specialist companies.
