Midea and Frigicoll Announce Joint Venture to Establish a New HVAC Entity in France

CHINA: A new player has entered the French HVAC market following the formation of a joint venture between Chinese manufacturer Midea and Spanish company Frigicoll. The two firms, who have collaborated for over a decade in the distribution of HVAC systems in France, have now formalized their partnership through the creation of Midea HVAC France. This new entity combines Midea’s industrial strength and technological innovation with Frigicoll’s deep market expertise, with the shared objective of addressing the rising demand for advanced air conditioning solutions in the country. To establish its position within the French HVAC ecosystem, Midea HVAC France will leverage a specialized e-commerce team through Frigicoll’s subsidiary FMF Technology, alongside the extensive distribution networks and after-sales service capabilities of both partners.
