Panasonic Appoints Mick Langford as UK HVAC Country Manager

Langford Appointed Panasonic UK Country Manager

UK: Panasonic has appointed Mick Langford as the new UK Country Manager for its heating and cooling division, effective 15th September 2025. Langford brings over 40 years of industry experience, having worked in engineering, sales and manufacturing within the HVAC sector. He joined Panasonic six years ago and has held roles including Head of Air-to-Air Sales and Head of Sales and Marketing for the UK division. The previous UK Country Manager, John Kellett, stepped down for personal reasons.

Langford’s appointment comes at a time of growth in the heating and cooling sector, driven by climate change and fluctuating temperatures. He stated that he looks forward to leading the Panasonic UK team and developing the business across the market. Jose Alves, Regional Director for the UK, Ireland and DACH region, expressed confidence in Langford’s ability to strengthen the team and advance Panasonic’s operations in the UK.
