MHK Group Launches Bathroom Modernisation Concept in Werl

Germany: The MHK Group officially opened a new facility in Werl, North Rhine-Westphalia, on 24 April 2025, introducing a concept aimed at rapid, low-impact bathroom modernisation with a focus on barrier-free design for individuals requiring care. The event was attended by professionals from the trades, plumbing, and heating sectors, along with representatives of the city of Werl, including Mayor Torben Höbrink, members of the Gesellschaft für Wirtschaftsförderung und Stadtentwicklung mbH, and Wirtschaftsring Werl e.V.
During the opening, MHK Group CEO Volker Klodwig and Head of Business Development Franchise Bad & Body Sven Romberg welcomed guests and provided a tour of the new showroom. The showroom featured modular exhibition units designed to demonstrate practical solutions for modernising bathrooms with minimal disruption. The concept places particular focus on accessible, care-oriented designs and addresses the increasing demand for age-appropriate and care-friendly living environments, while also offering options for efficient renovations.
