UK: Meaco has received a multi-million-pound investment from FourLeaf Capital, marking a new phase in the company’s development. The investment follows a period of growth driven by rising demand for air treatment appliances and an expanding international presence. The partnership is intended to support Meaco’s plans to broaden its product portfolio and increase its reach across European markets, while maintaining a focus on product development and customer requirements.
As part of the transaction, Conor Sugrue has been appointed Chief Executive Officer to lead the next stage of growth. Founder Chris Michael will remain a significant shareholder and will move into the role of Chief Product Officer, concentrating on product development. Meaco plans to expand distribution of its dehumidifier range and extend into related air treatment categories as it progresses towards its stated objective of becoming a leading air treatment provider in Europe.
