Madison Air Files for U.S. IPO After Revenue Growth in 2025

USA: Madison Air Solutions has disclosed financial details ahead of a planned initial public offering after revenue growth in the United States. The company reported net sales of USD 3,340 million (EUR 3,070 million) for the year ended 31 December 2025, compared with USD 2,620 million (EUR 2,410 million) in the previous year. Net income for 2025 reached USD 124.3 million (EUR 114.3 million). The company has not yet announced the final size or terms of the offering, although earlier reports indicated that it could aim to raise at least USD 2,000 million (EUR 1,840 million).
Madison Air Solutions produces air quality and thermal management systems through brands including Nortek Air Solutions and Nortek Data Center Cooling. The company supplies equipment for commercial, industrial and data centre applications. In 2025, the commercial segment accounted for around 66% of total sales, with the remainder generated from residential products. The company plans to list its shares on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker “MAIR”.
