LT Showertec Expands Distribution Network Through Zaleoo Franchise

France: LT Showertec, established in 2018, is expanding its distribution model through a franchise network branded as "Zaleoo, the bathroom for professionals." Initially focused on accessibility products for bathrooms, the company has broadened its offerings to cover a full range of bathroom solutions, targeting both private and semi-private spaces such as bars and restaurants. Zaleoo stores provide access to a catalogue of approximately 400 products, including faucets, shower screens, trays, wall cladding panels, furniture, and synthetic flooring materials, many of which are manufactured in China. The franchise model promises comprehensive support for customised installations carried out by local professionals.

Currently, there are six Zaleoo points of sale located in Bordeaux, Vichy, La Tremblade, Manosque, Gimont, and Nantes, with the aim of reaching 15 to 20 outlets by the end of 2025. The franchise development has been supported by Jérôme Simiot, former sales director at Indépendance Royale. Setting up a franchise typically requires four to ten months, a personal contribution of EUR 10,000, an entry fee of EUR 10,000, and a total showroom investment of EUR 59,000. The company projects that franchisees can achieve an annual turnover of around EUR 600,000 by the second year.
