Lowe’s Launches HomeCare+ Subscription for In-Home Maintenance Services

USA: Lowe's has launched a new “associate-powered” annual subscription service, HomeCare+, for members of its MyLowe’s Rewards program.
Priced at $99 per year, the offering provides seven in-home maintenance services designed to help homeowners manage routine upkeep more easily. The company stated that the program will be accessible to over 75% of households across the U.S.
The subscription includes two in-home visits annually, during which local store associates can perform up to seven maintenance tasks per visit. Customers can book appointments either in-store or via the company’s website and choose from services such as electric dryer vent cleaning, HVAC air filter replacement, refrigerator water filter replacement, electric water heater flushing, garage door lubrication, smoke and carbon monoxide detector battery replacement, and light bulb replacement.
