Lindab International AB Expands UK Market Reach with HAS-Vent Acquisition

UK: Lindab International AB has completed the acquisition of UK-based ventilation company HAS-Vent Ltd, following approval from the United Kingdom’s Competition and Markets Authority. As part of the regulatory process, Lindab agreed to divest two branches. The acquisition increases Lindab’s distribution network in the United Kingdom to over 30 branches, enhancing its operational footprint in one of its key European markets.
Lindab specialises in the development, manufacturing, and distribution of ventilation systems focused on energy efficiency and indoor air quality. The company operates in 20 countries and employs approximately 5,000 people. Lindab’s shares are traded on the Nasdaq Stockholm exchange.
