Georgia: LG Electronics has introduced “Pathway to Platinum,” a new program aimed at helping HVAC dealers enhance performance, training, and customer relationships through education, incentives, and business development tools. Unveiled at the 2025 LG Pro Dealer Summit in Orlando, Florida, the initiative expands on LG’s existing Pro Dealer framework by rewarding contractors for their commitment to training, marketing participation, and customer service excellence. Participating dealers gain access to qualified sales leads, marketing support, and incentives designed to promote higher installation quality and improved customer satisfaction. In addition, LG launched the LG Pro Portal mobile application, extending dashboard access, resources, training schedules, and engineering support tools to smartphones and tablets.

 

The annual LG Pro Dealer Summit continues to serve as a key platform for contractor education and networking, featuring hands-on product demonstrations, workshops, and breakout sessions led by LG and industry experts. The summit concluded with the Pro Dealer Awards, recognizing top-performing dealers for excellence in sales, service, and customer engagement, while emphasizing LG’s commitment to supporting its dealer network and strengthening their position within the HVAC market.
