Lennox to Acquire HVAC Division of NSI Industries

USA/Canada: Lennox International Inc. has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the HVAC division of NSI Industries, LLC for approximately USD 550 million. The transaction, which remains subject to regulatory approvals, is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2025. Through this acquisition, Lennox aims to expand its portfolio of parts and supplies across North America.

The HVAC division of NSI Industries includes brands such as Duro Dyne and Supco, which supply a range of critical HVAC/R components and accessories. The acquisition is expected to complement Lennox’s residential and commercial HVAC products while strengthening its manufacturing and distribution capabilities in the United States and Canada.
