USA: Lennox is investing in its commercial HVAC business to boost product availability, expand distribution capabilities, and enhance the overall customer experience, supporting the needs of today’s commercial contractors, engineers, and building owners. 

The company recently expanded its commercial distribution network with the opening of its largest Regional Distribution Center in Edgerton, Kansas. Spanning 763,000 square feet, the facility significantly increases distribution capacity and enables faster, more reliable fulfillment of commercial rooftop units, accessories, and VRF equipment. 

Production at the Stuttgart, Arkansas facility, together with the fully operational factory in Saltillo, Mexico, reinforces supply reliability and ensures consistent availability of commercial products across North America. Thanks to these investments in production and distribution, Lennox now delivers over 90% of commercial rooftop units and accessories within one day. 

Lennox is also enhancing the customer experience through digital tools. The recently relaunched Commercial Quick Quote on LennoxPros allows contractors and dealers to quote and order emergency replacement rooftop units in minutes. Features include instant quotes with real-time local inventory, side-by-side product comparisons, and guided match-ups for curb adapters and accessories. Developed with direct input from contractors and dealers, the updated tool is designed to function intuitively like today’s leading e-commerce platforms.
