This sale marks a continuation of the longstanding partnership between KWC Home and Paini, positioning the combined entity for further growth and development. KWC Group, known for its premium sanitary solutions, has strategically restructured its business following Equistone's majority stake acquisition in 2021, focusing on high-growth areas. The move is expected to bolster KWC Home's leading market position in Switzerland and expand its presence in Germany, with Equistone now focusing on developing KWC Group's Professional division for future growth.
