Kronotherm Appoints New Sales Partner Following Insolvency of Former Distributor

Slovenia/Austria: Kronotherm Wärmepumpen GmbH, the former Austrian trading partner of Slovenian heat pump manufacturer Kronotherm, has been declared insolvent. The company, based in Söding and operated by Gerhard Lackner, entered bankruptcy proceedings following a creditor’s petition. According to the Alpine Creditors Association, the reasons for the insolvency and the company’s current financial status will be reviewed during the course of the legal proceedings.
Kronotherm has since appointed a new distribution partner, Kronotech Wärmepumpen GmbH, headquartered in Attnang-Puchheim. The company, led by Thomas Teuschler, presented itself as the official partner at the Wels Energy Savings Fair. Although recently established, Kronotech is managed by Teuschler, who has two decades of industry experience, including a long tenure at KNV.
