Kludi Establishes Distribution Company in Hungary

Hungary: Kludi has established a new distribution company in Hungary to strengthen sales and logistics in Eastern Europe and support market growth in the region. The move follows the acquisition of the Kludi Group by RAK Ceramics in May 2022, which was positioned as a platform to expand Kludi’s presence across European markets.
Alongside this expansion, Kludi has been restructuring its sales organisation and repositioning itself as a complete bathroom supplier. The creation of the Hungarian entity, combined with the group’s ownership structure and sales realignment, is aimed at shortening delivery chains, localising sales support, and making use of group-level resources to increase competitiveness in Eastern Europe.
