Germany: Kermi GmbH, has announced a change in management following the departure of its former managing directors, with Kerstin Sticht and Jan Kujaw appointed to lead the company. Sticht, who joined Kermi in 2001, has held several senior roles including Head of Strategic Planning and Chief Marketing Officer, where she strengthened the group’s brand strategy across European HVAC markets. Currently serving as Chief People Officer (CPO) of the MBT Climate Group, which includes Kermi GmbH, she will take on the additional role of Managing Director. Kujaw, who recently joined the company, serves as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Kermi GmbH and the MBT Climate Group and brings more than 20 years of experience as a general manager with a strong focus on production and service; he will also assume the role of Managing Director.

Stefano Bellò, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Kermi GmbH and President & CEO of MBT Climate, said the combination of Sticht’s long-standing experience within Kermi and Kujaw’s fresh external perspective creates a strong and balanced leadership team. The company emphasized that the change in management will have no impact on customers, with products and services continuing at the same high quality, while recent business performance has shown a sustained upward trend, confirming that Kermi GmbH’s current strategy remains effective.
