Kensa updates warranty terms for ground source heat pumps

UK: Kensa has announced an update to its warranty offering for all ground source heat pumps sold from the first of February 2026. The revised warranty introduces clearer terms, extended coverage options, and includes parts and labour contribution as standard. The updated structure is intended to provide customers with defined warranty coverage over the operational life of their heat pump.

Under the revised framework, customers may select from three warranty options depending on installation and long-term requirements. A free one-year warranty is provided from the date of shipment, while a free four-year standard warranty is available from commissioning, subject to registration within thirty days. An eight-year extended warranty may be purchased at the point of sale for GBP 480 (USD 660), with higher pricing applicable for cascaded systems. This extended cover also begins from commissioning and requires registration within thirty days.
