South Korea: KD Navien is expanding its EcoHub in Pyeongtaek, Gyeonggi Province, increasing its site from 132,000 square meters to 330,578 square meters by 2026. The world's largest boiler and water heater manufacturing facility currently produces 10,000 units daily, with an annual capacity of 2 million units, set to rise to 4.39 million units after expansion. The EcoHub also manufactures 60% of essential components in-house, including heat exchangers, burners, and gas valves. Additionally, KD Navien is integrating its Navien Magic kitchen appliance brand, launched in March, with a new production plant planned within the EcoHub. The Seogyo factory, currently producing 760,000 units annually—including 450,000 gas ranges, 260,000 electric ranges, and 50,000 ovens—will be modernized and relocated.

KD Navien aims to boost domestic sales from 400 billion won (USD 272 million) to 500 billion won (USD 340 million) this year, with a 1 trillion won (USD 680 million) target by 2028, including 300 billion won (USD 204 million) from Navien Magic. The company, which generated 1.35 trillion won (USD 918 million) in sales last year, with 70% from overseas markets (U.S., China, Russia), is considering a boiler and water heater factory in Virginia on an 82,644 square meter site, currently used as a logistics warehouse. The move is under evaluation in response to potential U.S. tariff policies. KD Navien continues its growth strategy by expanding its home appliance division, launching new subscription services for electric ranges and 3D air hoods, and exploring global manufacturing opportunities.
