Jaquar Eyes INR 9,000 (USD 1.03 Billion) Boost from Non-Metro Markets

India: Jaquar Group is aiming to achieve revenue of INR 9,000 million (USD 1.03 billion) in the current fiscal year, according to Director and Promoter Rajesh Mehra. He stated that growth is increasingly driven by tier two and three cities, where improved infrastructure and changing consumer expectations are influencing a shift towards branded and value-added sanitaryware products. He also noted that customer preferences are evolving across the country, with many now prioritising quality and experience over cost. In response, manufacturers must adapt with technically advanced offerings to meet rising expectations.

The company has been focusing on engaging younger consumers through experience centres across India and expanding its product range across premium and luxury segments. Its luxury brand, Artize, serves the high-end bathroom fittings market, while its core Jaquar brand continues to target the premium segment. Additionally, Jaquar Group has partnered with Salesforce to advance its digital transformation, aiming to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency through a mobile-first, AI-powered platform.
