Jaipur Capital Acquires Global Ceramics’ Neemrana Manufacturing Facility and Assets
Jaipur Capital, a strategic investment and holding platform, has acquired the manufacturing business and selected assets of Global Ceramics Private Limited through an asset transfer transaction. Manufacturing operations will be carried out through Melozzo Living Limited, a bathroom and home solutions company.
As part of the transaction, Global Ceramics has transferred its industrial land, manufacturing facility, plant and machinery and other agreed business assets to Jaipur Capital. The acquisition provides Jaipur Capital with an operating platform in the sanitaryware and bathroom solutions manufacturing segment.
The facility in Neemrana, Rajasthan, covers approximately 20 acres, with a built-up area of around 900,000 sq ft. It currently has a production capacity of approximately 62 metric tonnes, with the potential to increase capacity to 124 metric tonnes within 30–60 days as operations scale.
Global Ceramics manufactures sanitaryware under brands including Glocera and Glocera Italiano and has also supplied products to established Indian and international brands through OEM arrangements. Following the transaction, GCware, a Global Ceramics brand, will continue to be manufactured at the Neemrana facility by Melozzo Living, enabling existing production arrangements to continue under the new operating structure.
