ITALY: The company recorded sales of €639 million (US$758 million) in Italy in 2024 and expects to reach around €700 million (US$830 million) in fiscal 2025. Italy accounts for 13% of EMEA sales and is the company’s largest European air conditioning market, with penetration exceeding 50%, compared to less than 20% in Germany. France remains the second-largest European market, slightly behind Italy.
Active in Italy since the 1990s, the company established a direct presence in 2002 through the acquisition of a local distributor. Today, it operates seven of its 18 European manufacturing facilities in Italy, alongside multiple R&D centers, employing over 2,300 people. The company also runs 19 installer training centers in the country and plans to expand and upgrade these facilities over the next two years.
