Iran Records Over 51,000 Hectares in Land Preparation, Clears Contractor Dues

Iran: National Land and Housing Organization Managing Director Ali Nabian announced that contractor claims in the land preparation sector have been paid from the organization’s resources, highlighting continued progress in land development efforts. Speaking via a report from the Ministry of Transport and Urban Development, he emphasized that under the 14th government, land preparation alongside land supply has been actively pursued, with a strong focus on delivering prepared land to applicants. Despite challenging conditions in the final month of the previous year, the organization ensured settlement of contractor dues through intensified efforts.
Nabian further noted that land preparation operations have reached a record level, exceeding 51,000 hectares nationwide, marking an unprecedented milestone for the sector. He added that these activities are continuing uninterrupted across the country, reflecting the government’s sustained commitment to advancing land development and infrastructure readiness.
