Ideal Standard Bulgaria Renamed as Villeroy & Boch Bulgaria

Bulgaria: Effective 9 October 2025, Ideal Standard – Vidima has officially changed its name to Villeroy & Boch Bulgaria, marking a key phase in the full integration of the Bulgarian operations into the Villeroy & Boch Group. The company stated that the rebranding reflects its unified identity within the Group while maintaining its commitment to customers, employees, and business partners. 

Villeroy & Boch Bulgaria will continue to develop and manage the Group’s global brands, Villeroy & Boch and Ideal Standard, along with the local brand Vidima, which remains prominent in the faucets and showers segment. The manufacturing plants in Sevlievo will retain their strategic role in supplying both domestic and international markets. The Villeroy & Boch Group reaffirmed its long-term commitment to Bulgaria as a key production hub within its global operations network.
