Hyundai Partners with ETC for Home Appliance Distribution in Egypt

Egypt: Hyundai for Household Appliances has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Eleven Trade Corp. (ETC) to expand its presence in the Egyptian market. ETC will begin by distributing Hyundai television screens of various sizes, followed by split air conditioners and electric heaters. KIM, Hyundai MEA Regional Managing Director, emphasized Hyundai's strong market share in Arab countries due to its high-quality mass production and technology advancements at competitive prices. Mustafa Euwaida, ETC CCO, confirmed the launch timeline, with products to be available soon at major retail stores like B. Tech and traditional retailers. ETC CEO Ahmed Abu Karam outlined a strategic marketing approach to uphold Hyundai’s brand standards and mentioned the potential for local assembly in Egypt, which could enhance domestic production, reduce imports, and create jobs. This partnership underscores Hyundai’s commitment to growing its presence in Egypt’s home appliance market.
