Germany: Heinz von Heiden GmbH Massivhäuser has entered into a strategic partnership with Qvantum to integrate exhaust air heat pumps into its modular housing offerings. Under this collaboration, selected house types, including bungalows and urban villas, will be equipped with Qvantum QE all in one systems as a standard feature. These systems combine heating, cooling, hot water production and ventilation within a compact indoor unit, eliminating the need for external installations and reducing construction complexity.
The integration will be introduced in the Modicus product line, which focuses on standardized construction with shorter build times and predictable costs. The QE heat pump includes an integrated thermal storage system and supports app based monitoring and control. The solution is designed for low energy demand homes, offering reduced space requirements for building services and improved indoor air quality through integrated ventilation.
