Heating Products Drive Growth in Germany’s Building Services Wholesale Sector in Q3 2026

GERMANY: Heating products remained the main driver of sales revenue in Germany’s building services wholesale sector in the third quarter of 2026. According to an anonymous survey of member companies conducted by DG Haustechnik, sanitary products also recorded stable performance, with sales at least matching the levels seen in August and September 2025. The installation product group performed consistently well, achieving sales growth of 7.7% in both months.

Across all product groups, cumulative turnover increased by 6.4% in the first nine months of 2026 compared with the same period in 2025. However, growth in heating products weakened in September, potentially due to partial supply bottlenecks affecting heat pumps.
