Hayley Cattell Appointed Managing Director

UK & Ireland: Hayley Cattell has been promoted to Managing Director of wholesale group Beijer Ref UK & Ireland. John Billson, appointed Vice President, will continue to oversee all UK and Ireland operations while focusing on group strategy. Cattell joined the company in 2010 as a Sales Engineer for north-east England and progressed through roles including Product Development Manager, where she played a key role in introducing CO₂ condensing units, and most recently served as Group Sales Director. Recognised as RACHP Woman of the Year at the National ACR & HP Awards 2024, she is also a Chartered Manager with the Chartered Management Institute and a Fellow of the Institute of Refrigeration.
